Rebates + Incentives

Let us take the stress out of applying for rebates and incentives.  We’ll help you get money back for your home energy project.

There are a variety of rebates and incentives that can help homeowners cover the cost of their home energy projects.  Our staff can help you apply for the rebates and incentives that best fit your specific scenario.  Below are a couple of the incentive programs we frequently help homeowners tap into.

Energy Trust of Oregon

Energy Trust of Oregon offers cash incentives to help pay for many home weatherization and insulation projects.  As an Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally, we can help you access those cash incentives to help offset your project’s cost.  We go the extra mile and make the process easy by helping you turn in the paperwork for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives.

Savings Within Reach

Savings Within Reach is a program through Energy Trust of Oregon that helps moderate-income homeowners make energy efficiency upgrades. This program also is a great fit for  landlords/renters who want to make upgrades to rental homes. As an official Savings Within Reach contractor, we’re able to help our clients access the benefits of this program.

Inflation Reduction Act

The Inflation Reduction Act is another resource for homeowners looking to recoup some of their home energy upgrade costs.  Although the benefits landscape is always shifting with large federal programs like these, we keep tabs on the status of the program and can help you figure out if and how your project falls under its umbrella.  If the project does align with the program’s parameters, you can give your paid-in-full project invoice to your tax preparer to start the ball rolling.

Don’t see a rebate or incentive above that seems to fit your project? Let’s chat to figure out if there are any other benefit programs that might work for you.

“When Gregg and his team updated our electrical system, I was excited at the prospect of not tripping a circuit breaker when I run a blender, the air-conditioner and dishwasher. But, frankly when we sat down and looked at the cost to overhaul our electrical system I got anxious. Gregg pointed out that we were eligible for a 30% rebate on our electrical work if we bundled in some other home upgrades at the same time. In the end, discounts that he found were nearly $5,000. Wow, it made a huge difference for us and allowed us to make the upgrades we really wanted to make but weren't sure we could afford."
