Long-Term Customer Relationships + Remodels

Now that we know each other, hire a team you can trust to tackle that remodel project.

With a business like ours that prioritizes work quality and customer connection, we often have return customers.

Usually, this return business takes the form of an additional home upgrade that didn’t make it into the initial project because of timing or budget constraints.  But sometimes, every so often, a return customer reaches out to us for a remodel project like finishing a basement or opening up a kitchen.

As certified general contractors who have deep ties with trusted and skilled subcontractors in the area, we occasionally dive into a home remodel project with a past client whom we’ve really connected with.  These projects so often hinge on what our line of work is all about:  helping clients we’ve come to know and care about create a more comfortable space to call home.

“The morning that the project was supposed to start I just didn't really know what to expect. Then, 8 people showed up at our house. I was told who would be my point person for that phase and generally what to expect for the day. Then I headed off to work. When I got home all the items on the punch list were done and the job site was clean. Next time I work with Balanced Energy Solutions, I feel like I need to clean for them! Everybody on the Balanced Energy Solutions team was amazing to work with."
